This is not even using a database for the love of God, and it is faster, so I am thinking if it were in a table all it's own, or better yet fed via JSON
or anything, it might be faster, but this is literally a CSV in the file folder?
Expected headers (case-insensitive): NewSectionTitle, NewArticleTitle, TextBox2, CleanRTFEditor1_AI (or CleanTRFEidtor1_AI).
