The data in this report is updated periodically by the Natural Language Search scheduled task, which aggregates search query statistics and click-through data to provide these performance metrics. This automated task also determines the reporting period, which defaults to one year of historical data. The frequency of updates and the data retention period can be configured through the scheduled task settings to meet your organization's reporting requirements.
