SAMPLE AGREEMENT This Agreement, made 12/8/2023 and entered into this by and between Test and John Hunter and Cardinal Health (hereinafter called, Test and John Hunter an individual and who has the education, training and experience in local government management and who, as a member of Test and Cardinal Health (hereinafter called, ” Test and John Hunter Section 1: Term A.
